    Our income collection solution can be used to take what are known as ‘mail order telephone order’ (MOTO) payments.  This is where a member of your staff takes card details over the telephone and inputs them on the customer’s behalf. To protect against card fraud our systems use the Card Security Code (CSC) and Address Verification System (AVS) checks.

    Customers can interact with the system using the keypad of their landline or mobile phone to make payments. All payments are classed as secure as the process includes CSC validation. You can also select additional options that include multiple languages, adding card surcharges, balances and stop accounts.
