The Capita Revenues and Benefits Customer Feedback Programme has been devised to provide customers with a mechanism for providing us with feedback at any time. Whether it’s a new module you’ve just gone live on, or one you’ve been successfully using for years, we’re keen to hear what you think.
If you’d like to provide feedback on more than one module then simply complete a form for each module.
Your feedback is valuable to us, so as a way of saying thank you, we’ll donate £5 to Capita’s corporate charity partner MacMillan Cancer Support for every fully completed form.
