Cancellation of booking
Cancellations confirmed in writing 14 days before the conference date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £50. Replacement of a delegate by another individual will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is sent to the event organisers. We regret that no refund can be made after that date. Capita are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.
