Capita are proud to support the Reaching Out - Housing 2012 Survey, research designed to understand how social housing residents and service users engage with housing and support providers.
The survey seeks to establish the different kinds of technology available to social housing residents and service users, what they are used for, and what barriers may be experienced in adopting them successfully.
Launched at CIH Conference and Exhibition, the research project is supported by: TPAS, Crisis, Sitra, Taroe, CIH, Capita and Campbell Tickell.
