Giles will be responsible for the business development of Capita Local Government Services’ key business solutions including revenues and benefits management, Single Persons’ Discount (SPD) administration and procurement services.
Capita Local Government Services provides professional support services for local authorities. This helps them meet the challenges faced in generating efficiencies to contribute towards stipulated savings plans. Giles will be working to develop a range of solutions to help support local authorities financial objectives whilst continuing to provide high quality services to citizens.
Giles is an experienced sales director in both the public and private sector, with expertise in services and technology sales. Giles joins Capita from SAP, where he most recently ran their Education Services sales division for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
