This year, Ivan Blythe was awarded the prestigious 'Business Partner Account Manager of the Year 2011-2012' award from Advanced Business Solutions (ABS) at the NHF Finance Conference 2012. The award, presented by Suzi Gerrish, Business Manager of ABS, represented a great deal of hard work and achievement for Ivan – and for Capita - throughout 2011.
One of the newest members of Capita’s housing account management team, Ivan is an experienced practitioner of financial solutions in the housing sector. 2011 saw a busy year for him, establishing a close working relationship with Capita’s partner, ABS, working to promote the features and benefits of the OPENFinancials product set to ensure its customers get the best results from their investment.
ABS have confirmed that Ivan was presented the award for showing a true partnership approach to working, including sharing information to add value to new customer opportunities. He also worked proactively with the marketing team to create innovative ways of attracting new business and new opportunities within the account base. In addition, Ivan showed increased revenues throughout the year by cross-selling other products from the Advanced group.
